Fill in how many hours a day you have spend for what

The circular progress bar gives you a visual overview of how many hours a day you have spend for yourself, work and sleep.

The Weekly Summary gives you a quick overview how many hours you have spent this week on yourself, work and sleep. It is updated automatically.

Also set yourself a personal target of how much time you would like to spend for each category.

The Weekly Tracking section summarizes the hours you have spent on yourself, work and sleep for every week. Add the date and the hours from your weekly summary. There is also a notes section where you can add additional information to track outliers, e.g. vacations, being sick, etc.

In your Me Time Activities you can add what you are currently doing for yourself and collect ideas what you would love to try.
